American Saddlebred: Faithful Friends Wall of Honor




These horses have been honored with a donation to the American Saddlebred Horse Association towards the technology upgrade, which will enhance the ASHA website and help support the advancement of our breed.
	BY DESIGN Simply put, “Blessed with the Best”. She is RWC By Design and oh so fine! Known as Lexie, she is the little Merchant Prince mare with the Great Big Heart. As a show horse, her attitude was get the “Heck” out of my way, I’m coming through. After retiring in 2007, and deciding to trail ride her one day to the back side of our farm, as we went up and down the back hills of pasture, Lex kept reminding me, I’m a Show Horse, Not a Trail Horse. Being blessed with two sons, Just As I Am (Justice) and My Design (Pistol); Lexie now lives her show season through her sons. She is especially excited about “My Design” as he appears to be just like his Mom—By Design! Posted 11/2013

We welcome photos of your Faithful Friends. Show ring photos are fine, but we would prefer personal photos along with a short story of 100 words or less about a favorite memory of your horse. Make a tax deductible donation of $200 to ASHA to honor YOUR special horse on the Faithful Friends Wall of Honor, or print out the nomination form (pdf).
