The Big Guy

The Big Guy

The Big Guy ("Chief," formerly Vanity's Shriver Genius) Bred, raised, shown and loved by Jeff Bolte for 11 years, Chief became my first horse after 40 years away from horses. Originally registered Vanity's Shriver Genius, I renamed him The Big Guy. He was the kindest horse I've ever known... completely safe around tots and elders. He was the Equine Affaire (Columbus, OH), American Saddlebred petting horse in 2003 then wore a Parade saddle for the ASB 2004 Equine Affaire Fantasia performance.

ChiefChief once served as the welcoming committee for a bus load of seniors who were brought to a show. Chief will live forever in my heart.
